Cancellation Policy at One Raceway

Thank you for choosing One Raceway for your motorsport experience. Please carefully review
the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers for track day
bookings:

1. Cancellation with 7 or More Days' Notice:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled track day will be eligible for a
full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. To request a cancellation, please email
info@oneraceway.com.au, or call One Raceway at 0485952491. A member of our
team will assist you, and your refund will be processed via your original payment
method.

2. Cancellation with Less Than 7 Days' Notice:

‍

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled track day will not be eligible for a
refund. However, bookings may be transferred to another available date within a 2-
month period from the original booking date. Please follow the same contact methods to
request a transfer.

3. Track Day Transfer:

‍

Requests for transfers must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the original
scheduled track day. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 2
months of the original booking date.

4. No Show Policy:

‍

No shows on the scheduled track day will not be eligible for any refund or transfer.
